Cerdeño)
2) Postdoc: "Juan de la Cierva-Formación"
-
Basic info: 2-years contract. Suitable candidates must have obtained their PhD between January 1st 2020 and December 31st 2021. Applicants will only know if they are successful around the summer of 2022 (this program is run directly by the Spanish government).

Our DAMASCO group is member of both the Fermi LAT Collaboration and of the Cherenkov Telescope Array (CTA) Consortium, and recently joined the DESI Collaboration. The students/postdocs are expected to join and develop a significant fraction of their work within of these collaborations. The group has also broad expertise in the analysis of N-body cosmological simulation data, as well as an excellent record/network of collaborations with (local, national and international) experts in astroparticle physics and cosmology.
See https://projects.ift.uam-csic.es/damasco/ for further information about the group members and group research activities.
We encourage interested candidates to contact us (miguel.sanchezconde@uam.es) as soon as possible. Further inquiries about any of the above positions are also welcome.
