Two one-year postdoctoral positions (with possible extension) at the University of Pisa, Italy

We are pleased to announce the opening of two one-year postdoctoral positions (with possible extension) at the University of Pisa, Italy. Work will befocused on achieving low frequency sensitivity for the Einstein Telescope, with special attention on seismic isolation and modern data processing methods.

The Einstein Telescope group in Pisa involves researchers of the University of Pisa and the National Institute of Nuclear Physics (INFN) and has a long standing tradition in gravitational wave physics, in particular in the the development of seismic isolation systems for the Virgo detector hosted at the European Gravitational Observatory (EGO) nearby Pisa.
