Postdoc position working for gamma-ray/multi-messenger astronomy

Job description
The successful candidate will work with Dr. Yusuke Suda and pursue research in high energy transient phenomena. He/She is expected to join the CTA LST project and to lead LST data analysis. Development of a new silicon pixel detector for future MeV gamma-ray astronomy will be the other main task. He/She will have the opportunity to join international research collaborations such as MAGIC, Fermi-LAT, CAMELOT and AMEGO-X.
Contract: 3-year contract, which should start from October 2023 at earliest. The applicant should have a PhD degree when she/he starts the position. Salary is a competitive one compared with similar opportunities in Japan.
